Office for Sublease less than $500 per month

Great news, fellow mental health practitioners! We're excited to share that you now have the chance to sublease our office space a few times each week. 

The office is located in the charming heart of downtown Monrovia. It can be accessed by going down the stairs to the basement level of the building. Once inside, you'll find a cozy, well-lit, fully furnished space equipped with a couch, rocking chair, office desk and chair, printer, drawer, sound machine, two fans, a cooler cube fan, and more. The office features beautiful hardwood flooring, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Please note, there is no A/C, and it is only accessible via stairs. We look forward to welcoming you!

Option 1: Choose three days per week, anytime between 8am and 2pm, totaling 6 hours. This is under a 1-year lease agreement.

Option 2: Choose two days per week, available throughout the day, including mornings and evenings. 1-year lease agreement.

Option 3: A consultation service designed to assist you in launching your private practice. It includes subleasing the office one day a week, for the entire day—including mornings and evenings. The program lasts for 6 months.
